Shipping & Delivery TimesThe safe delivery of your order whether domestic to UK or global is my priority and I only use professional third-party logistic providers to bring your items to you as safely as possible e.g. DHL, Fedex. Typically orders are fulfilled within two working days with delivery times as advised by my logistic providers. Delivery times will of course vary depending on the country of destination. An order will be able to be tracked via a tracking link you will receive by email once the logistic provider has completed the pickup. Please note that the tracking information is sent to you by the third-party delivery service. As I use third-party providers this service might slightly differ from one order to another. Some shipping companies may provide a possibility to schedule at your convenience though I cannot guarantee this.

Shipping PricesUK Shipping included in the price. International The standard price of your delivery is £150 but can be dependent upon the delivery destination. If you require a different quote for shipping outside the UK before purchasing my artwork please email me at karen@thegatewayseries.com or use the Contact Form here on my website. Please note that my artwork prices include: Insurance. Your order is 100% protected in case of any damage or loss. All customs fees, taxes, and document preparation.

Lost or Damaged ArtworkYour order is 100% insured. In case something is wrong with the art itself, you are eligible for a full refund. If your artwork package should be damaged take photos of the packaging (preferably before opening) and also of the actual damage to the art. The more photos we have, the easier it is for us both to have the issue resolved should the art itself prove to be damaged upon opening. Communication must be in writing to karen@thegatewayseries.com within 3 days of delivery and the damaged or incorrect goods must be received within 14 calendar days of dispatch with proof of postage for a full refund to be awarded. If artwork is lost/delayed please notify within 28 days of shipment date (shipment from Karen L French will include tracking.) We will handle shipping costs if both parties agree on returning and refunding the damaged/lost artwork. Proof of postage is a must and refunds are sent after art is received.

Return PolicyIn case the artwork doesn’t fit your expectations, or you simply changed your mind, you can ask to return and refund your art up to 14 days after delivery if received in the original condition sent in, without any damage. Please provide proof of postage and no damage before sending. If you choose to be refunded (and the art remains in the condition in which it was originally shipped) you are responsible for the return shipping costs and insurance. Refunds sent once art is received.
